We're looking for punctual, respectful team members who pay attention to detail and treat customers' homes with care. Expect to work 5-6 days per week, with a busy schedule and plenty of hands-on, outdoor work. We offer some scheduling flexibility with advance communication, but this role requires consistent availability, reliable attendance, and a willingness to handle a full workload. You'll be expected to arrive ready to work, complete your assigned jobs thoroughly, and communicate promptly about delays or issues. A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle are required for travel between job sites. Window cleaning experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential. As Sage grows across multiple states, team members who demonstrate quality work, reliability, and leadership will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance into training, crew leadership, and management roles.
