Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Overview Locators LTD Property Management is seeking a dedicated cleaning person to join our team. We offer flexible hours/schedules, making it perfect for High School or College students, retirees or stay-at-home parents who would like to earn extra cash while their children are in school.

Flexible schedule:

Work a minimum of 12 to 20 hours per week. Optional weekend hours when available and no holidays. Mostly residential cleaning after resident move-outs and could also include some light commercial cleaning.

Salary:

$15 - $17 per hour to start, based on experience. Part-Time - 31 hrs or less

Responsibilities:

General Cleaning Duties include, but are not limited to: Sweeping / Vacuuming Dusting Mopping Deep Cleaning Bathroom Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting Kitchen Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting Trash Removal (If necessary) Notify Management of any repairs needed.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Must have your own reliable transportation to and from each job. Must pass a background screening. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical fitness is important, as you will be bending, twisting and possibly lifting up to 40lbs. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time. Must be reliable, self-motivated and be able to work independently with strong attention to detail and time management skills.. Experience a plus but not required as there will be training provided.
