What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and motivate our custodial team like the all-star captain you are. Make daily rounds to ensure offices, restrooms, lobbies, elevators, and common areas are spotless. Schedule staff and keep operations running efficiently. Train new team members on cleaning procedures and safety practices. Inspect completed work and celebrate jobs well done (while catching the occasional missed fingerprint on the glass). Manage cleaning supplies and equipment—because running out of paper towels is everyone's least favorite surprise. Respond quickly to building needs and special cleaning requests. Have custodial or janitorial experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred. Can lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday.
