Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our professional cleaning team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, etc. Restock supplies like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all assigned areas Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred Strong knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Reliable time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining clean, safe environments across various commercial settings.
