A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
IMKO's established client has opened a Full Time Temporary Custodial position for an industrial plant in LeMars, IA area. Custodial workers in this industrial shop can expect loud and dusty areas of the plant. The Custodial will clean break rooms, restrooms, shop areas, entryways and areas as assigned. Requirements of the Custodian 1. Routine heavy cleaning of floors 2. Shampoo rugs 3. Wash Walls and glass 4. Empty Trash 5. Routine cleaning restrooms 6. Restocking paper and soap supplies 7. Will maintain custodial equipment. Benefits of the Custodial Starting pay $17.00. Hours Mon
