Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Exterior Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of commercial and residential properties. This energetic position involves performing outdoor cleaning tasks using a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Duties Operate pressure washing equipment, hand tools, and industrial cleaning machinery to thoroughly clean building exteriors, windows, sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor surfaces. Use ladders safely to access high areas for window washing or façade cleaning while adhering to all safety protocols. Perform duct cleaning and floor buffing to enhance the overall appearance and hygiene of client properties. Apply appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, helmets, and harnesses to ensure safety during all tasks. Handle manual lifting of heavy equipment or materials with proper technique to prevent injury during outdoor work activities. Conduct outdoor cleaning projects using pressure washers, industrial vacuums, and other specialized tools to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, or debris. Follow strict safety procedures including the use of fire extinguishers when necessary and proper handling of cleaning chemicals. Maintain cleaning equipment regularly for optimal performance and report any repairs needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about work progress and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects. Experience Prior experience in outdoor or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate. Familiarity with ladder use, pressure washing techniques, and the safe handling of hand tools is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely in outdoor environments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights, chemical handling, and outdoor work conditions is a plus. Experience working with cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, floor buffers, duct cleaners, or similar machinery will be advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards client interactions are essential for success in this role.
