A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

2nd & 3rd Shift Industrial Cleaner
- Full-Time Warehouse Environment

Pay Base Wage:
$16.50/hr (1st Shift) $17.50 (3rd Shift)Attendance & Performance Bonus:
+ $2.00/hr (for consistent, reliable work) Weekend has .50 differential Overtime available Facilities offering the bonus expect a high level of reliability and detail . Schedule 3rdShift Full-time:
Friday- Monday
- 11:00 pm start 2nd Shift Full-Time Friday

- 3:30 pm start Work includes refrigerated and freezer areas Non-smoking including vaping, facility (no smoking anywhere on property) Job Duties Sweeping, mopping, trash removal Restroom cleaning General warehouse/plant cleaning Follow all safety procedures Requirements Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts Work independently with minimal supervision Walk long distances throughout shift Bend, twist, squat, and lift 20-30 lbs On feet entire shift Background check required Professional and courteous around client staff Who Succeeds in This Role Shows up for every scheduled shift Keeps a consistent work pace Pays attention to detail Comfortable with physical work and long walking routes About Midwest Janitorial Service Family-owned and operated since 1958, providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services throughout Iowa.
