Job Description West Branch Schools is accepting applications for 2026-27 school year for the opening: Part-time Custodian 8-10 hours a week We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting Maintain and clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Handle trash removal and ensure proper disposal Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed Monitor and report any repairs or replacements needed Follow safety procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in custodial or related roles preferred Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and procedures Ability to perform floor care tasks including buffing and waxing Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean environment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions make a difference.
