You will ensure our established standards for the property. As a luxury housing community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are high. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. Article Student Living provides the best experience for student residents living in our communities. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work with the other maintenance and property staff. The pay for this role is $15 per hour, plus commission.
