Description The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho.

Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, currently under construction at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho's Treasure Valley. Our Environmental Services Tech:

Knows and implements the correct level of cleaning (cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting) for all RCHR areas. Demonstrates proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the specialty areas tasked with servicing. Adheres to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards; promotes a culture of safety. Recognize safety hazards and acting - wiping up spills, keep areas uncluttered

Must Haves:

Must be 21 years of age Must possess High School diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in housekeeping/janitorial work Good written and verbal communication skills As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
