About the Position RCF Commercial Cleaning is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented team cleaners for a consistent evening assignment in Boise. You will help maintain a clean, safe and professional workplace after the customer's regular business hours. This role is a good fit for someone who works well as a team, follows a clear cleaning schedule and can be counted on to complete each scheduled shift. Commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. RCF provides structured classroom and hands-on training. Primary Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways and common areas Empty trash and recycling receptacles Dust surfaces and clean interior glass and entry doors Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean and restock restrooms and facility supplies Care for cleaning equipment and report supply or maintenance needs Follow the facility's cleaning schedule, safety procedures and security requirements Report service concerns, damage or unusual facility conditions promptly Complete assigned work independently and perform a final check before leaving Secure assigned doors and follow key and alarm procedures What We Are Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Pride in producing consistent, quality work Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Professional communication and respectful conduct Willingness to learn, accept feedback and help the team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check Ability to work independently and remain productive throughout the shift The position requires extended periods of standing and walking, along with bending, reaching, stretching and repetitive cleaning tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
