Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows, including interior and exterior surfaces, using appropriate tools and techniques Operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, and scissor lifts safely and efficiently to access high or hard-to-reach windows Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while respecting clients' property and privacy Prepare work sites by setting up necessary safety equipment and ensuring all tools are in good working condition Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment like scissor lifts Communicate clearly with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure their satisfaction Complete detailed service reports and document completed work accurately for record-keeping Experience Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or similar roles is highly desirable Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus Familiarity with operating scissor lifts or other height-access equipment is preferred but not required—training will be provided if needed Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions and environments Join us and bring your energy, precision, and passion for cleanliness to every home you serve!
