A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are a Commercial Cleaning Company looking for potential full time cleaners who will be responsible for cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, etc. The cleaning needs to be done from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday. The job will be performed at the INL's desert site, which is located 52 miles northwest of Idaho Falls, ID. Free transportation will be provided from and to Idaho falls.
Responsibilities:
Be at designated pickup location at 6 am and ready to leave. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be expected to work independently or as a group. You should have an eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass partitions. Safely mix and apply various chemicals used for cleaning. Coordinate with other team members to ensure thorough cleaning. Weekend cleaning (occasionally when needed). Pay will be 1.5x from regular pay.
Qualifications:
Subject to pre-employment drug test and background check.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in janitorial / cleaning role, preferred. Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
