Altius Clean is hiring a dependable commercial cleaner to service multiple buildings in the Mountain Home area. We currently have three nearby locations available and would prefer to find one reliable person who can handle the complete route. However, we may consider dividing the work between two qualified applicants depending on availability. The route includes a combination of evening cleaning and occasional daytime work. One location is an apartment community that may also offer additional paid move-out cleaning opportunities as units become available.

Pay:

$16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

Recurring weekday cleaning Primarily evening work Some daytime availability required Occasional move-out cleaning opportunities Final schedule and location assignments will be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

Clean offices, restrooms, common areas, and assigned spaces Empty trash and replace liners Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, ledges, fixtures, and other surfaces Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas Restock basic supplies as needed Complete occasional apartment move-out cleaning Follow building procedures and cleaning checklists Secure each building properly when finished Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, supplies, or building concerns

Requirements:

Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation between Mountain Home locations Strong attention to detail Dependable and consistent attendance Able to work independently and manage multiple locations Comfortable with a combination of evening and occasional daytime work Able to pass a background check Must follow all assigned schedules and complete each location consistently We may consider either an individual employee or an established independent cleaning business, depending on experience, availability, and how the work is structured.
