Housekeeping SUMMARY:

Responsible and accountable for ensuring a safe, clean, attractive environment for patients, staff and visitors at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Previous healthcare experience preferred, however willing to train individual with initiative and desire to learn.

Other:

Ability to understand written and oral instructions and work well with others. Entry level computer skills required.

Must be able to push and/or pull cleaning equipment and carts and be able to frequently lift 50 pounds or more with proper body mechanics. Keen sense of hearing and visual acuity required. Must be able to handle quick turnaround times and stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Must be able to tolerate cleaning chemicals, etc.
