Construction and Industrial Facility Cleaner Let It Shine Cleaning Company We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and help prepare mobile modular units for use. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and can complete a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning checklist. Position Responsibilities Construction and Industrial Facility Cleaner will be responsible for: General Modular Unit Cleaning Remove all items from the unit including decks, stairs, railings, wood blocks, and any remaining materials Vacuum and clean all light fixtures Vacuum wall and ceiling vents Clean all walls and ceiling vents Remove tape, pins, staples, nails, and any items left on walls Spot clean walls as needed Wipe all trim using white erasers Clean faceplates, light switches, electrical outlets, and fixtures Deep clean doors from top to bottom, including: Door panels Knobs Hinges Door trim Clean tables and file cabinets inside and out Clean front steel doors, including hinges and hardware Deep clean entry thresholds using power brush tools Vacuum and clean window tracks Clean window panes and window bars Vacuum floors Buff floors Mop floors thoroughly, including corners and edges Wax floors as needed Bathroom Unit Cleaning Complete all standard modular unit cleaning tasks Clean sinks, faucets, and bowls Clean urinals and toilets inside and out Clean mirrors Deep clean bathroom walls and doors from top to bottom on all sides Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to perform physical cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and repetitive movements Comfortable using cleaning equipment and tools Previous commercial cleaning or construction cleaning experience preferred Must take pride in delivering high-quality results
