Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various settings. Your attention to detail will ensure that every space you care for is pristine and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive experience for clients and guests while honing your skills in cleaning and customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including, but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain sanitation standards by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is valued, but not a requirement. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate positively and effectively with clients and team members. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
