Job Description
About Us JMOC Services is a growing exterior cleaning company serving the northwest Chicago suburbs. We provide pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, and garbage bin cleaning to homeowners and businesses across Arlington Heights and surrounding communities. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join our crew for the season. What You'll Do Perform pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, and bin cleaning services at residential and commercial properties Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely (pressure washers, ladders, extension poles, etc.) Travel between job sites in the Arlington Heights / northwest suburbs area Follow job checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results Communicate professionally with customers on-site Help load/unload equipment and supplies before and after routes Requirements Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive paid training for motivated candidates Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Strong physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and climb ladders throughout the workday Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and operating heavy equipment is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude towards customer service Reliable transportation to reach job sites on time each day Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within the company Why Work With Us Hands-on training provided Growing company with room to take on more responsibility Friendly, team-oriented crew Local routes — no long commutes
