In this vital role, you'll serve as the friendly face of our property, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures, assisting with luggage and vehicle services, and maintaining a pristine environment. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and customer service will help create memorable stays for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel operations while delivering top-tier guest relations in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage, parking, or transportation needs Assist with the loading and unloading of guest vehicles and luggage to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front drive, valet areas, and surrounding property to uphold high standards of hospitality presentation Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate guest requests, room assignments, or special accommodations using property management systems such as OPERA or other hotel PMS platforms Support emergency procedures by following hotel protocols for safety and guest well-being during incidents or evacuations Communicate effectively via phone and in-person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, or directions with professional phone etiquette Collaborate with hotel management to ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred; experience with front desk duties or resort environments is a plus Multilingual or bilingual skills highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Valid CDL and Medical Card required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while following hotel emergency procedures Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette and client communication Valid hospitality experience in roles such as front desk, night audit, or resort services is advantageous A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating welcoming atmospheres where guests feel valued from arrival to departure.
