Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents. Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal to maintain a spotless environment. Operate floor buffers and other floor care machinery to ensure high-quality buffing, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring surfaces. Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and manual handling procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety standards. Conduct sanitation procedures in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch areas to promote hygiene and prevent contamination. Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners is highly desirable. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards is essential. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be considered an asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and visitors.
