Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Janitors to join our team. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organization where you can make a positive impact on our working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as dusting and polishing surfaces.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to clean hard-to-reach areas and surfaces.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks on a regular basis, including carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
• Take on porter duties, including picking up trash and recyclables, and transporting supplies.
• Keep storage areas organized and tidy, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are easily accessible.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance objectives.
• Collaborate with other facility staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.

Skills:

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of custodial and floor care procedures is essential.
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail is necessary.
• Experience with industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Residential painting experience is not necessary for this role, but is a plus.
• Familiarity with buffing and other floor care techniques is beneficial.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others are necessary.
