Job Description

Part-Time Janitor Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 11:00
AM Pay:
$16/hour We are seeking a dependable Part-Time Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment serving low-income residents. This is a daytime position with a consistent weekly schedule and supportive on-site staff. Ideal candidates are reliable, respectful, and comfortable working in a community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Clean common areas, hallways, offices, and restrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash Help maintain a sanitary and safe environment for residents and staff Report maintenance or safety concerns as needed
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and stay on task Reliable transportation and attendance Professional and respectful attitude toward residents and staff We are looking for someone dependable who takes pride in creating a clean and comfortable environment for our residents. #BLM1149
