Key Responsibilities Wash, wax, and polish hulls, decks, and metal fittings Clean cabins, heads, upholstery, carpets, windows, and galley areas Remove mildew, stains, and salt build-up; apply protective treatments Vacuum, sweep, and mop interior surfaces; empty trash Inspect for minor damage or safety issues and report to supervisor Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; follow safety and environmental guidelines for wash-water disposal Buff & Wax Occasionally assist with launching, hauling, and basic boat moves as needed Qualifications Previous boat cleaning, detailing, or janitorial experience preferred but willing to train Comfortable working outdoors, on docks, and in variable weather conditions Ability to lift 40+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work from ladders/boats safely Attention to detail, good time management, and reliability Valid driver's license; boating experience or certification a plus Background check and drug screening may be required Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling / seasonal work options Employee discounts on services/products Opportunities for training and advancement
