Shift Monday - Thur 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am We are looking to hire immediately for this position.

Duties will be:

Night trash/cardboard-Compactor Pick mods clean up Operating the scrubber for any major spills Lunchroom & bathroom tidiness Other random janitorial projects that may come up Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers. Handle various chemical agents safely while performing sanitation tasks, adhering strictly to chemical handling safety procedures. Use manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture, supplies, or cleaning equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Operate custodial equipment efficiently to ensure optimal cleaning results while following safety protocol adherence. Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or residential painting as needed to uphold facility standards. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving various chemical agents and sanitation techniques. Experience operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Knowledge of safety protocols related to chemical handling and heavy lifting practices. Customer service skills are beneficial for interacting professionally with staff and visitors while maintaining a clean environment.
