Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM-2:00 PM We are seeking a reliable Commercial Power Washing Technician to perform early morning pressure washing at commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires driving a company vehicle and traveling to customer job sites. Responsibilities Operate commercial pressure washing equipment, hoses, pumps, and water tanks Pressure wash parking garages, sidewalks, storefronts, buildings, and other commercial surfaces Set up and break down equipment at each job site Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and company vehicles Assist with other building services or snow-related work when weather limits pressure washing Qualifications Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Commercial power/pressure washing experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors and overnight Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Must meet applicable company, vehicle, and DOT requirements Commercial pressure washing experience is strongly preferred.
