Summary We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. The Cleaner will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' new construction properties, ensuring they receive top-notch service that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained according to company standards. Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, including post-construction clean-up. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures during all cleaning operations. Interact professionally with clients and respond to their needs effectively. Assist with additional tasks as required to support overall building maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Excellent time management skills and reliability.
