Job Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility, including plant floors, offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces. Sweep, mop, remove trash, restock supplies, maintain stockrooms, and keep exterior areas free of litter, snow, and ice as needed. Follow all company safety policies, operating procedures, and housekeeping standards. Perform additional duties as assigned, including setting up tables and chairs for company events. Assist with miscellaneous facility-related tasks and operate equipment when properly trained and authorized. Physical Demands and Work Environment Requires sustained manual dexterity and physical activity throughout the workday. Must be able to move throughout the facility multiple times per day. Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials, including trash containers weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position. Health and Safety Responsibilities Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and report safety hazards, near misses, accidents, injuries, and property damage. Properly use and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with housekeeping standards. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Fluent in English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math skills, including the ability to read, write, add, and subtract whole numbers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong mobility and understanding of proper lifting techniques. Legible handwriting and accurate recordkeeping skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Safety-conscious mindset. Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
