Pay:

$20.00 per hour Schedule Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM Some weekends required About the Position Key Responsibilities Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple facilities Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and guidance Assist with cleaning duties when additional coverage is needed Communicate professionally with clients and address questions or concerns Help coordinate schedules and ensure daily operations run efficiently Qualifications Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required Commercial cleaning experience preferred Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Why Join Our Team?
