Position Overview As the Housekeeping Supervisor , you will oversee the daily cleaning operations, You will manage a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate schedules, order supplies, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Hire, train, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeepers.

Daily Inspections:

Conduct regular walkthroughs of the floor and facilities to ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation.

Inventory Management:

Monitor, order, and manage stock levels for cleaning chemicals, tools, and restroom supplies within budget.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure the team follows OSHA guidelines, safely handles chemical dilutions, and uses personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role (retail, hospitality, or commercial property experience preferred).

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Communication:

Clear verbal and written communication skills to direct staff and report to store management.

Flexibility:
