Professional cleaning experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We'll teach you our cleaning system through paid, hands-on training. What You Can Earn $18.50-$22.00+ per hour Earning potential includes hourly pay, bonuses, incentives, and performance opportunities. Customer tips are additional.

Keep Your Evenings. Our cleaning teams work Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. There are no regularly scheduled evenings or weekends , and we're closed for major holidays. This is an active job—you'll be moving throughout the day while working in different homes instead of sitting behind a desk. What Your Day Looks Like As a Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to customers' homes and provide detailed, professional cleaning using our company's cleaning system and checklists. You'll be responsible for: Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and completing detailed cleaning tasks Reading and following customer-specific notes Working efficiently while maintaining our quality standards Completing quality checks before leaving each home Caring for customers' homes and belongings Communicating with your team and the office throughout the workday Helping create a reliable, consistent experience our customers can trust Who Does Well Here?
