A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Looking for a dependable cleaner for a medical facility in the Chicago ridge area. Cleaning will take 2-2.5 hours each night. 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. Start time on Monday, Wednesday, Friday after 7:30pm. Start time on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday after 5:00pm. Sunday the facility is closed so can substitute cleaning activities Saturday night for any time Sunday. Training will be provided. Facilities will be closed during time of cleaning. Cleaning applicants will be a key holder to the facility and must conduct themselves in a way befitting of JmEco cleaning company's standards. Cleaners will be wearing presentable clothing and closed toed shoes. All supplies and equipment will be provided to perform all tasks required for cleaning protocols. We at JmEco cleaning are looking for a individual with reliable transportation, good work ethic, good problem solving skills and good communication. Weekly and monthly cleaning schedule will be required to be completed.
