Many of our cleaning professionals have been with us for 5, 10, and even 15+ years , and we're looking for an experienced cleaner who's ready to take on more of a leadership role. We're hiring a bilingual English/Spanish residential cleaning professional who will work in the field while also helping train and support new team members. What You'll Do Clean clients' homes as part of our residential cleaning team Train and support new employees Help interview potential new hires Help maintain our cleaning and quality standards Communicate with employees in both English and Spanish Assist with occasional office/team support as needed What We're Looking For Professional residential cleaning experience required Fluent Spanish and conversational English required Dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Comfortable teaching and working with others Leadership or training experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, daytime only — no nights or weekends. Typical hours are between 7 AM and 5 PM , depending on the day's schedule. Starting at $22/hour, based on experience. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and 100% of client tips go to our cleaning professionals.
