About the Role As one of our founding independent contractors, you'll take on residential cleaning jobs — recurring visits and one-time deep cleans — booked and dispatched through an easy-to-use phone app. Jobs come to you with the address, scope, and timing already set, so you can focus on the work instead of chasing down business. What You'll Do Complete assigned residential cleanings — recurring visits and one-time deep cleans — to a consistently high standard Bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies to every job Communicate directly and professionally with homeowners about arrival times and any special requests Maintain your own general liability insurance coverage Show up on time and follow through on every job you accept What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to job sites Your own cleaning equipment and supplies Willing to carry general liability insurance, or already have a policy Comfortable using a smartphone app to receive and manage job assignments Reliable and communicative — you show up on time and follow through Minimum 1 year residential cleaning Pass back round check
