Jackson Cleaning Services ("the Company") is a professional janitorial company seeking reliable independent contractors to perform routine commercial cleaning services. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured, repeatable work, take pride in consistency, and prefer working independently with minimal disruption in a low-stress environment. We are looking for someone to cover three distinct locations in the same relative area according to the below schedule.

Service Schedule :

Location 1 (Edwardsville, IL 62025) : Wednesdays and 1 weekend day, after business hours, approximately 2 hours to clean Location 1 (Glen Carbon, IL 62034) : Tuesdays, after business hours, approximately 2 hours to clean

Contractor Responsibilities:

Contractors engaged for this location may perform services including: Dusting and surface cleaning Trash and recycling removal Restroom cleaning and restocking Vacuuming and mopping General facility upkeep in accordance with site standards Contractors agree to perform services in a manner that maintains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for the client.

This includes:

Using reasonable care when accessing client facilities Securing the premises upon completion of services, including locking doors and following site-specific access procedures Completing services to a standard that supports a clean, orderly, and professional appearance for client use Services are performed using established cleaning checklists and quality expectations to ensure consistent outcomes for the client.

Contractor Qualifications :

Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to reliably complete services according to the agreed service schedule Access to a smartphone and ability to consistently use a required mobile app for service-related tasks, including clocking in/out, signing forms, team communication, and submitting supply or service requests Dependable communication if a service cannot be completed as scheduled Strong attention to detail and quality-focused work habits Professional and respectful approach to client spaces and when communicating with the Company Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation
