Duties Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms. offices, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless appearance. Handle waste disposal by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Use industrial cleaning tools and techniques for specialized tasks like floor care or deep cleaning projects. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
