In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our porter team, ensuring the efficient and timely servicing of vehicles while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00, paid weekly, and an opportunity to be a key part of a reputable automotive dealership. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day porter operations, including vehicle movement, cleaning, and lot organization. Train, manage, and motivate porter staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards. Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with dealership policies. Communicate regularly with service, sales, and management teams to prioritize vehicle needs. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and lot areas to uphold quality and cleanliness. Assist with developing schedules and work assignments for porter staff. Requirements Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred, especially in a dealership or automotive environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to interact professionally with staff and customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to perform tasks related to vehicle moving and cleaning.
