Job Description
We provide window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, paver sealing, and deck/fence staining services for commercial, residential, retail, and industrial facilities. Major municipalities, public institutions and privately-managed properties trust us to provide them safe and high quality service. We are fully licensed and insured. Lead Technician We are hiring a self-motivated, hardworking Lead Technician to join our team. You MUST be a team player but also independent. You must also be comfortable working with extension poles or at height. You must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Our ideal candidate arrives to work early, is willing to learn or is already familiar with window cleaning techniques, pressure washing, soft washing, staining, paver sealing and provides customers with high quality services. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Lead Technician Duties and Responsibilities Train assistant technicians and run a small crew. Clean windows on low-rise buildings using extension poles; we will train and certify technicians. Clean interior and exterior glass. Pressure wash concrete, paver patios, etc. Soft wash houses and other buildings using chemicals. Spread paver locking sand and apply sealer to paver patios. Stain/Paint decks & fences. Occasionally work on ladders up to 20 feet. Work in all temperatures & weather conditions. Technician Requirements and Qualifications Comfortable using extension poles or working at height Physical stamina Ability to train incoming technicians. Team-focused; no drama or attitudes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to warehouse; Lead technicians drive company trucks to job sites. Bonuses & Benefits $500 after 90 days; $1,000 after 6 months; $1,500 after 9 months 1
