You will be instrumental in transforming technical designs into high-quality components by leveraging your expertise in CNC setup, operation, and process optimization. Responsibilities Execute precise machine setups and calibrations to ensure consistent production output. Analyze complex blueprints and technical schematics to guide manufacturing processes. Optimize machine performance through proactive monitoring and real-time adjustments. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to guarantee all parts meet exact engineering tolerances. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Maintain detailed production logs to support operational transparency and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and enhance overall output quality. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all industrial health and operational protocols. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and geometric dimensioning. Solid understanding of CNC tooling, programming basics, and machine mechanics. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and maintain high attention to detail. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in machining or manufacturing technology.
