About the Role As a Lead Cleaner, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services while helping ensure each job meets Standard Home

Responsibilities Perform detailed residential cleaning services according to company standards Lead and organize cleaning jobs when working with other team members Ensure all areas of the home are thoroughly cleaned before completing a job Follow cleaning checklists, client notes, and special instructions Help train, guide, and support newer team members Perform quality checks and address any areas that need additional attention Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients Communicate job updates, questions, or concerns with management Properly use and care for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while in clients' homes What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in professional residential cleaning Dependable and punctual Honest and trustworthy Extremely detail-oriented Organized and efficient Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable taking the lead when working with another cleaner Professional and respectful with clients Coachable and open to feedback Able to maintain high standards without constant supervision Committed to providing excellent customer service Requirements Previous professional cleaning experience Reliable transportation to and from client locations Ability to work daytime weekday hours Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in clients' homes, including homes with pets Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout homes for extended periods Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to successfully complete any required background or reference checks Why Join Standard Home
