Maintenance / Janitorial Associate (Temporary)

Temporary Job Summary:
We are a staffing agency seeking reliable and hardworking Maintenance/Janitorial Associates to support our client in the Albany Park area of Chicago. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, and facilities Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs Maintain cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Support special cleaning projects as needed
Requirements:
Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule & Pay:
Temporary assignment (schedule may vary based on client needs) Full-time Monday - Friday 8a.m. - 4:30p.m.
Pay Rate:
$20/hr.
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
