Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other janitorial tools effectively and safely Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Use appropriate cleaning detergents and chemicals while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use Maintain cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, windows, fixtures, and appliances in line with client specifications Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific cleaning needs or concerns Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required and support team members in outdoor or specialized cleaning projects Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial responsibilities Familiarity with cleaning procedures including sanitation practices, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and surface disinfection Hands-on experience using various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, chemicals, and their appropriate applications Experience in laundry services and outdoor work is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings Ability to lift heavy objects safely during manual handling tasks Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations and feedback Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're eager to make a difference through your dedication to cleanliness!
