•$400 Retention Bonus after 180 days
•Job description (Español Abajo) Kleen-Tech is looking for a reliable and experienced applicant for one of our major job sites in the Malta, IL area. The goal is to keep the job site in a clean and orderly condition while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are looking to fill a full-time, morning positions with the following schedule: Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm $17.50 / hour Must be 18+ Must be willing to undergo a Background Screening/E-Verify Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain cleanliness of lobby and other common areas Spot mop floors and place caution signs Vacuum rugs Sweep parking areas as needed Wipe down window glass and elevator surfaces Dust fixtures, countertops, and other surfaces Empty trash Replace lightbulbs Service restrooms Perform small repairs as needed Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to lift about 80lb Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity Once we receive your application, a representative from our office may contact you regarding the next step.
