A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Pepsi MidAmerica is currently looking to expand our team so that we can continue to build the relationships that have defined our company for over 85 years.
We are looking to fill the Sanitation position in the Quality Control Department at our Marion IL. location. 3rd shift hours, Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm to 6:00am •Job Duties• Perform 5-step sanitation on all fillers, carbo-coolers, proportions and rinse twist units once each week and prior to each scheduled juice run. Perform external sanitation on all equipment in filler room, line covers, conveyors, carbo-coolers, and fillers, as well as walls and floors, each shift when 5-step internal sanitation is not being required. Fog filler room at end of each week with Spartec Quatenary Ammonia. Apply Spartec to each drain in filler room and batching room at end of each week. High pressure clean walls and supply lines in batching room once every 2 weeks. Perform tests to assure strengths of both cleaners and sanitizers are at required levels. Record test results. Keep and maintain accurate records of all important tasks performed in Sanitation Department for future reference.
