What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
The job is to clean industrial machines before they are repaired and shipped. Most of the work will be completed with rags, soap and water to remove grease,oil and dirt. The job also requires shop clean up with a broom and mop in the restrooms and hallways. Gloves and safety glasses are supplied. The employee is required to have their own safety shoes.
