```Duties```

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
• Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures
• Ability to operate custodial equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
