Job Overview Xenia Living manages short-term rental properties throughout central Illinois (Peoria, Morton, West Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin & Peoria Heights). We're hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to handle guest turnover cleanings, resetting homes between checkout and the next check-in. This is flexible, part-time work with steady, repeat hours for the right person. Duties Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens to a consistent, guest-ready standard Do laundry and linen changes Restock guest supplies Stage the home to match our standard before each check-in Work independently to a checklist while maintaining strong attention to detail What We're Looking For Prior experience with short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) or professional/residential cleaning preferred, but we will train the right candidate Reliable personal transportation to travel between properties in the service area Availability for same-day turnovers (properties often need to be cleaned the same day a guest checks out) Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
