Construction Clean Operator Grand Rapids, MI | $18-$20/hour | 20-40 hours/week | Monday-Friday GSF USA is hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Clean Operators to support an ongoing construction cleaning project in the Grand Rapids area. This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done. Operators will work as part of a team performing detailed cleaning of newly constructed spaces as they are completed and prepared for turnover. Pay & Schedule $18-$20 per hour , based on experience 20-40 hours per week Monday-Friday Primarily daytime hours Weekly hours may vary depending on the construction schedule and project needs Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction cleaning Remove construction dust, dirt, and debris Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub floors Clean kitchens, appliances, cabinetry, and fixtures Clean and detail restrooms Clean doors, glass, mirrors, walls, and other surfaces Clean hallways, stairwells, common areas, and entryways Use commercial cleaning equipment and products Follow all jobsite safety requirements Work with the project team to complete assigned areas on schedule What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and jobsite safety requirements Construction cleaning, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities Opportunity for Growth Strong performers may have opportunities to take on additional construction cleaning and special project work with GSF as our presence in the Grand Rapids area continues to grow.
