The majority of your time will be spent actively cleaning homes while learning Lastivka's systems, quality standards, and client expectations. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently, follow detailed instructions, take initiative when appropriate, and consistently deliver high-quality results. Applicants must be able to:
Lift and carry up to 30 - 35 pounds Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach repeatedly throughout the day Safely use step ladders Work on their feet for extended periods Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency ⸻ Pay & Schedule $20-$25 per hour based on experience Tips Paid training Performance-based growth opportunities Part-time to start, with opportunity for additional hours as we grow Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime business hours, generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Hours will vary based on client schedules, travel time between appointments, and seasonal demand. This position is expected to start at approximately 10-25 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours and advancement into a larger leadership role as Lastivka continues to grow.
