Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Daytime Custodian to maintain the clubhouse and surrounding residential buildings within a high-end apartment community . This is a part-time position, Monday through Saturday , with a start time of approximately 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM . The custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and the overall appearance of assigned common areas throughout the property. Since the work will be performed around residents, property staff, guests, and visitors , the ideal candidate must be friendly, professional, and able to interact politely with others. The position also requires moving between different buildings and areas of the community as part of the daily cleaning responsibilities. Basic English communication skills are required.
