Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dependable Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technicians to join our dynamic team. This role offers full and part-time opportunities for individuals eager to work outdoors, deliver exceptional service, and grow their skills in commercial cleaning and maintenance. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Duties Perform window cleaning on residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools and techniques Conduct pressure washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces to restore cleanliness and curb appeal Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access hard-to-reach areas Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies are used efficiently Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction with services performed Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning operations Complete job reports and communicate effectively with team members about job status or issues Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely and confidently Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and standards is advantageous Excellent punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential Good physical condition to handle outdoor work and lift heavy equipment when necessary Clear communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
